8. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

  • Our products are made in small batches, and we process and prepare orders for dispatch immediately. As a result, you may not be able to make amendments or cancel your order, as it may have already been dispatched. In such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy for further guidance.

9. When should I expect to receive my order?

  • Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 3 pm (EST) will be considered next business day orders. Standard USPS delivery time within the United States is 1-3 business days.

Inaccurate credit card information is a finger's slip away, and occasionally, your selection is so stellar that it's on backorder.
